Is there any way to remove or get rid of completed CONSTRUCTION SITES? (2025)

I built an Agricultural site and completed it using the Construction site. Now, they are both visible & located near each other, and I can not land on the newly made Agricultural site but I can the now UN-NEEDED Construction site! Sigh... Do you have any clues on how to remove the unneeded construction site?

Be more specific. So they know and will fix it, is that what you mean?

Have you traveled elsewhere and returned, to reload the instance? Reboot the game? The construction site should disappear.

I have, and it does not disappear. And I can still land on it, but the completed one I cannot. There is no setting/choice for landing at the completed Ag station. Just the construction station I made it with.

FYI, I just restarted the PC again and restarted ED, and the construction site for the completed Agricultural Installation is there along with the Ag Installation. And, I can not land on the Ag Installation but can on the construction site that made it... BTW, on a good note the Ag Station looks amazing!

BTW the Agricultural Installation looks like this in the contacts tab <Agricultural Installation>, so I can pick it, I just can't land on it. Weird.

Installations don't have landing pads, so this is correct.

(The bit in the colonisation build selector which tells you that they do have landing pads, on the other hand, is very very wrong)

FYI, the build platforms in my system haven't disappeared either. I'll be waiting for the next thursday tick to see if it helps.

I have these too, they'll probably disappear with the Thursday tick

Thanks for the replies all, at least I am not alone in this. I didn't know about the Installations not having landing pads, thanks for that too!

The type and number of facilities you build have lasting permanent impacts on the system you've colonized.

Of course in typical FDEV fashion this is explained NOWHERE in the UI of the game. Considering the huge time sink making anything is, my preference would be the System Architect could pay a fee to re-assign a facility. Having to destroy one...ugh.

It'll either be sorted out in the next weekly tick on Thursday morning or it's a bug and FDev will probably fix it at some point after today.
