BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
All three bedrooms are furnished with comfort and tranquility in mind. Each is nicely appointed with high quality linens, plush new mattresses, plenty of closet space, ceiling fans and 55-inch ROKU TVs. The sunken grand master suite is a private sanctuary with a rich wood double door entry, sitting area, King bed with tufted headboard and access to the pool and spa through French doors. The sumptuous en suite bath offers a spacious walk-in custom tile enclosure with double shower heads, double vanity sinks, antique bronze fixtures and enormous walk-in closet with dresser. There’s also a convenient bathroom door to the cabana and pool area.
The guest bedroom suite offers a Queen bed with tufted headboard and access to atrium through French doors. The ensuite bath features a vibrant tiled walk-in shower and stone vessel sink. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with scroll iron headboard, walk-in closet and access to the atrium through French doors. The third full bath is located in the hall adjacent to this guest bedroom and offers a walk-in custom tile glass enclosed shower, beautiful wood vanity with quartz counter and linen cabinet.

For our guests added convenience we offer a separate laundry closet with full size washer and dryer, WiFi, ROKU TV, estate disposal service and a motorized gated driveway with 2-car garage. All linens, towels & pool floats provided too.
